Each of our programs has a broader mission to influence the field of education. Our leadership programs, specifically, are designed to deepen teachers’ and school leaders’ skill sets and enrich their ability to lead. With a principal preparation track fulfilling state requirements for principal credentials in Illinois, and a general leadership track, graduates of our program serve as leaders in public schools, private schools, charter schools, and other organizations engaged in teaching and learning.
