DESCRIPTION: Ashley L Richardson Hi Surge family! I am recruiting new school partners for the work I lead with middle school teams. Thanks in advance for the support!-----After a successful pilot, the UChicago To&Through Middle Grades Network (MGN) is recruiting for their second cohort that will launch in March 2022. We are looking for 4-6 schools, ideally on the south and west sides of the city, who are ready to redefine the middle grades experience in order to improve student belonging, GPA, and attendance. Through quarterly network sessions and dedicated coaching support, MGN teams use qualitative and quantitative data to understand student experiences, develop a problem of practice, and test change ideas during the initial 18-month experience.If you know of a school that would benefit from joining the MGN, encourage them to visit - https://toandthrough.uchicago.edu/mgn-cohort-2-application - for full details on the application process.
