DESCRIPTION: At the To&amp;Through Project, we convene stakeholders from across our system around important data, research, and ideas to improve equitable outcomes and experiences of Chicago Public Schools (CPS) students from the middle grades through college completion.Join us for our spring events and be part of our community that is collaborating around data-driven impact.You can catch up on past event recordings&nbsp;here&nbsp;and read more about each event and RSVP below!Spring EventsApril Data Collaborative | UTEPApril 21 | 2:00-3:00pm | VirtualTinishia Legaux and Kay Fujiyoshi will present on the&nbsp;University of Chicago Urban Teacher Education Program&rsquo;s (UTEP)&nbsp;vision and framework for their teacher coaching model. Their framework takes a holistic coaching approach and centers on increasing teachers&rsquo; wellness, capacity, and professionalism.&nbsp; Additionally, they will present their pilot launch of the UTEP 2026 Summer Institute, in collaboration with the UChicago Department of Cinema and Media Studies. Tinishia Legaux is the Director and Kay Fujiyoshi is an Induction Coach and Instructor at UTEP.RSVP HereTo&amp;Through Milestones Tool 101 Workshop&nbsp;April 24 | 2:00-3:30pm | In-PersonCity Colleges of Chicago&ndash;Harold Washington&nbsp;30 E Lake St, Chicago, IL 60601Room&nbsp;1115In this 90-minute introductory and interactive workshop, participants will dive into the&nbsp;To&amp;Through's online public data tool, which shows CPS students&rsquo; outcomes on key academic metrics from the sixth grade through college. You&rsquo;ll understand our specific philosophy on data use, learn about the different &ldquo;lenses&rdquo; of available CPS outcomes data, and how this Milestones Tool can (and can&rsquo;t) be helpful in your work to strengthen student pathways to and through college. Alongside To&amp;Through staff, you&rsquo;ll explore trends in a specific school or community you're interested in and find connections to your own work and story. We will be hosted by Harold Washington College (CCC).Who should attend? This process brings together multiple quantitative and qualitative data sources across the program&rsquo;s Finance, Fit, Finish trajectory.
